  In these systems, we detail the Steel frame home, using 8” “C” cold form section frames placed at 8’ O.C. (typ.) & filled out Exterior walls with 8” studs & tracks. We use 2-1/2” roof purlins as per engineering design. We use 3-5/8” studs & tracks for Interior partitions & 6” studs & tracks for Plumbing walls. About the floor systems, we use 10” Floor beams for floor system as a main members in the frames & 8”, 16 Ga floor joists underneath the ¾” th. Decking.

• Detailing with Light Ga. Members
• In these system, we use 6” Light ga studs & tracks as load bearing Exterior
  walls & design, 6” Conti. Header. We detail roof trusses with 6” & 4” Galvanized members (As per Engineering design) & put the truses at 4’
  O.C. (Typ.) Interior partitions & Plumbing walls are detailed as above.


• Scope of work:
• Steel Approvals Drawings including
• Anchor Bolt Plans,
• Frame Elevations
• Roof Purlin Plan
• Ceiling Furring Plan
• First floor system (If any)
• Second floor system (If any)
• In these drawings we show, O/O dims of the concrete, O/O dims of Steel Frames, Ceiling height, Roof pitch, concrete drop for Porch Balcony or for Garage.


• Permit Drawings
  Once we get the signed approvals back from you, we send these files to Engineering department for design & sizes of all the members. In permit drawings package, we provide complete set of “Permit drawings” including, Anchor bolt plan, Anchor bolt details, Frame elevations with member sizes, Roof purlin layout , ceiling furring layout, Wall bracing & ceiling bracing layout as per engineering designs & comments.


• Shop details & shipper
  After Permit package, we prepare complete shop details including the size & Ga. of all the members & define all the pcs with part numbers. This package gets checked by project checker before fabrication. Shipper list will show the quantity, part number & description with length for all the members.


• Construction plans:
  We provide complete set of “Construction Plans” with all the part numbers & typ. connection details, which will help the builder at the time of erection
