• Q2) How can i send my job or details?
  • You can e-mail us your .doc, .tif, .jpg or .pdf and .cas files.
  • you can send us hard copy to our HOUSTON (USA) office or Ahmedabad (INDIA) office through DHL using our A/C 850168323 and you can also send by FEDEX using our A/C 349029286.
• Q3) Do you provide Designing and Engineering documents and Drawings in any system?
  • YES!! our experienced engineering team can provide you designs, engineering and drawing for all 45 states in USA.
  • In addition to that we can also do the same for European nations.
• Q4) Please explain me, if i have the architectural drawings of my dream house - how can you help me to get steel frame home to job site?
  • Good Question!! here is the simple procedure as to how this can be done:
  • Send us your sketch by e-mail or mail, we will get back to you in 48 hours to discuss about the possibilities of Custom Steel Frame Home (FREE consultation!!) and contract terms.
  • Once you agree our contract terms, we will provide you steel approval drawings including ABP(Anchor Bolt Plan), Frame elevations, Roof purlin layout, Ceiling Furring layout, First floor system or Second floor system.
  • Once we get your approval, we will send it to the structural engineer for designing the job and we wil send you the complete permit drawings including design calculations, sealed and signed by the Design Engineer for particular state.
  • By the time you get permit, we will finish shop details and bill of materials and get ready for production.
  • Before production we will send you "Release Letter" for production which shows you the delivery date and final amount due before we load the truck as per the contract terms and condition.
  • Once we get balance amount we will ship the job as per the shipping date mentioned in the "Release Letter"
• Q5) If I have PENCIL SKETCHES for my house or if i buy architectural files from internet, how your architectural drafting service can help me?
  • If you have ANY KIND OF SKETCH or PLANS from internet and you want to build custom steel frame home, we are here to serve you best.
  • We can convert your plans into cad file suitable for our steel frame home system and than we can go further as per the procedure mentioned in above question. (Q4)
• Q6) How about delivery of drawings to our office or home?
  • We send hard copy for approval and also send you the two sets of final drawings by FEDEX or DHL.
  • We can also e-mail the same file in .dwg, .pdf, or .tif format to save your time.
  • If you want we can e-mail your job to your local plotting compnay.
